 Bill & Judy Noell started Bill's Marine in as a small repair shop in downtown Portsmouth in 1986. Bill is a top notch mechanic and has grown their customer base from great customer satisfaction into a full-service dealership ready to serve your every need. Bill has been in the Marine industry for over 30 years. Bill & Judy moved their location to the Portsmouth Blvd store in 1989 and to their present location on Airline Blvd in 1999 as their business grew.
Judy has been married to Bill for 27 years. Judy has been an active owner employee through the growth of Bill's Marine and also has a strong back ground in accounting, a great combination for our Business Manager.

Tommy Warrick, (Parts Manager)
With 17 years of experience, Tommy is the longest term employee at Bill's Marine. Tommy was in the motorcycle business for 16 years prior to coming to Bill's. Tommy has been to many service and parts schools over the years, and is very knowledgeable in both these areas. Let Tommy help you with any aspect of your boat, from finding the right part in our store or ordering it online from one of our many manufacturers.

Travis Parker, (Lead Salesman)
Travis has worked for Bill's Marine for 9 years as a Salesman. Travis has been boating all his life and fishing is his real passion when he is not spending time with his wife Darcy and his 10 yr old son Cooper. Travis has been the top salesman here for the last 8 years, and he is also a Safe Boating instructor for the State of Virginia. Travis is dedicated to helping you find that perfect boat.
